After pushing the Submission, go to the Payment. Please be sure to pay the participation fee and conference dinner fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be received in writing and will incur a $50 administration fee for cancellations before Monday, 28 October 2019. Cancellations received after this date will unfortunately not receive a refund.
